"AGUA BLANCA" Waterfalls was discovered by the governor Leandro Rovirosa Wade in 1984 and it was enacted four years later as AGUA BLANCA State Park for its natural beauty in the ejido Las palomas.
Since then, a group of approximately 120 local people are responsible for managing, organizing and leading the place.
